We are working with our sponsors Universal TCC to lead their integrated health support services in Qatar and the GCC states. Our objective is simply to provide very high quality, results driven interventions for our health sector clients. We have been responsible for the design and implementation of clinical services projects with a combined value of over $5billion (US) in the last six years. Each commission we have undertaken has enjoyed a high-profile, requiring the support of well-crafted and innovative service offerings. Our current projects in the UK and GCC States include: service reconfigurations, four UCCs, Acute Hospital business case development , clinical infrastructure management, investment analyses, PHCC commercial support , private hospital development including fund raising, reconfiguration of step-down and rehabilitation facilities and a network of day surgery development , roll out of national clinical programmes. We recently co-hosted a successful international forum for English PPUs and maintain interests in other health/ services related businesses. Our reputation has been built on providing expert intervention, assurance and intelligence services to Healthcare clients internationally. We have many internationally recognised “brand name” clients in US and UK and our team has worked to develop clinical, commercial, academic and health insurance offerings across the GCC States. |
